Septorhinoplasty

Septorhinoplasty combines cosmetic rhinoplasty with functional septal correction in a single operation — reshaping the external appearance of the nose while also straightening a deviated septum to restore normal breathing. This combined approach addresses both concerns with one recovery period. Performed under TIVA general anaesthetic, takes around 2 to 3 hours, and is particularly common in patients whose cosmetic concerns result from previous nasal trauma that also left a functional deficit.
